Welcome to RoamtoStay! By booking and staying with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

Reservations are confirmed once payment is received.
Guests must be at least 21 years old to book.
Prices may vary by season and availability.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in time: 3:00 PM or later.
Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
Early check-in/late check-out requests must be approved in advance.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Full refund if canceled 14 days before arrival.
50% refund if canceled 7 days before arrival.
No refund for cancellations within 7 days of arrival.

4. House Rules

No smoking or vaping inside the property.
Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance.
Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

5. Liability

Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
RoamtoStay is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.

6. Use of Property

The property is for registered guests only.
Parties and events are not allowed unless pre-approved.
